What does DISC stand for?
The Personal Profile Analysis offers insight in the behavior and qualities of employees and candidates on four areas, who together shape the DISC-Model. The letters DISC each represent a quadrant. Most professionals combine qualities on more quadrants, that reflects and fluctuates situationally to a more or less degree. EasyPPA offers a clear view in this.
D for Dominance
Candidates with a strong D set goals, want control and look for challenges. They want to lead and like to be addressed directly. Details aren’t interesting to them, their focus is on profit and result. Their questions are mostly ‘What…’.
I for Influential
Candidates with a strong I like to be addressed positively. They get energy from compliments, public acknowledgement and enthusiasm. They are strong in communication, generate many ideas and approach things with a sense of humor. They have a large network. Their questions are mostly ‘Who…’.
S for Stability
Candidates with a strong S appreciate a personal approach. They strive for a good work atmosphere and provide stability. They like teamwork and love to finish jobs. Their questions are mostly ‘How…’.
C for Conscientious
Candidates with a strong C are thorough and conscientious. They are analytical and appreciate procedures. They present themselves diplomatically. Their questions are mostly ‘Why…’.
